My name is Amanda Nunes.
My business is located in Coffs Harbour/NSW.

I look forward to assisting you with the design of your dream project.

I am an Accredited Building Designer and a Full Member of the Building Designers Association of Australia (BDAA).
I have an overseas Bachelor Degree in Architecture & Town Planning, graduated in 2005.

I offer the expertise of several years of experience working in the building design industry since 1998, in Australia and abroad.
In the past years, I have worked for a few renowned companies in Sydney, Brisbane and overseas.

Throughout my career I have prepared a large number of residential projects in NSW, particularly in the Mid North Coast region. As well as an extensive history of varied projects both in the public and private sectors including commercial, pharmaceutical, hospitals, labs, defence, universities and industrial.

Amanda Nunes Drafting & Design specializes in providing a range of services for home owners, residential and commercial builders, developers and general contractors.

I work with clients across all aspects of schematic design, design development, production of drawings and assistance with council application.

As a growing business, I am committed in delivering to my clients high quality, cost-competitive and professional design documentation.

My business is focused on the coastal areas from Macksville to Red Rock as well as Glenreagh, Coramba, Nana Glen, Lowanna and towns from Bellingen, Dorrigo to Armidale. 

However I am able to undertake projects further afield. With the use of electronic technology, I can deliver to you a completed set of council compliant plans from your emailed sketches. It doesn’t have to be done in person.
